Is Yoga Enough To Keep You Fit?




Today I'm answering a question I often get asked by my students. Does Yoga keep you fit? The simple answer is 'yes', if practised with a good range of motion and plenty of inversions; Yoga increases the bodies fitness levels. If you don't believe it, then there are now plenty of scientific studies online to back this theory up.

I know as a singer it helps maintain optimal vocal fitness and also helps me to beat the effects of air pollution by working out my lungs with pranayama.
